How to Give Help

Every donation, volunteer, and act of kindness helps children feel supported, cared for, and valued.

Betty’s House is 100% community supported and volunteer run. Whether you donate items, give financially, host a drive, or volunteer your time, your support helps us continue Betty’s legacy of caring for children and families in foster care.

Every contribution—big or small—makes a direct impact.

Monetary Donations

Monetary donations help Betty’s House purchase urgently needed items, restock essentials, support emergency placements, and continue serving foster families and school-based care closets throughout our community.

Employer Matching Gifts

Many employers offer matching gift programs that can double—or even triple—your donation to Betty’s House. Check with your employer to see if they participate in charitable donation matching programs and help make your contribution go even further.

Host a Drive or Fundraiser

One of the most impactful ways to support Betty’s House is by organizing a donation drive or fundraiser in your community, workplace, church, school, or organization.

Collection drives help us keep our shelves stocked with the items children and foster families need most.

Whether you collect pajamas, shoes, hygiene products, diapers, or school supplies, every drive makes a difference.

Please email, call or text us to coordinate a drive.

Volunteer With Betty’s House

Betty’s House is completely volunteer run, and we could not do this work without the support of our community.

Volunteer opportunities may include:

  • Sorting and organizing donations
  • Stocking shelves and clothing racks
  • Helping during open closet hours
  • Delivering donations
  • Assisting with fundraising events
  • Supporting school-based care closets

Whether you can give a few hours or become a regular volunteer, your time helps children and families feel supported during difficult transitions.
